Share excel sheet online?

Hi I'm finding out ways to make a excel file available online. Currently i have a timesheet in excel format in our company server, normally the supervisor will update the timesheet in the server and update us via email about the changes, for us to view the changes than we need to log in to our server through remote access if we are away from the office. Can anyone suggest if the supervisor could edit the timesheet and sync to any online document viewers, than we could view them online, better still if any iphone apps that could have similar function, let me summaries the situation. The supervisor maintains the excel sheet in the company server, he edits the excel sheet, than click sync add on function in this excel, than the members of the group will get an alert in their iphone, and he happily views it ... am i dreaming .... pinch me

Just a suggestion. You can use free web-based time tracking tools like Activity Tracker Plus ( http://www.screeperzone.com/atplus/blog.jsp ) that has option to share timesheets and time tracking logs with other users.
